MyCycle Period Tracker

Welcome to MyCycle Period Tracker, developed by Tn Tech Studio (Muhammad Usama). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

By using Period Tracker, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:

• Period & Cycle Data — dates, duration, flow intensity you log in the app
• Symptoms & Mood — optional health notes you record
• Account Data — email address used for Supabase authentication (if you create an account)
• Device Information — device type, OS version, app version for crash analytics
• Usage Data — anonymous interaction data to improve app features

• To provide period tracking, cycle predictions, and reminders
• To sync your data securely across devices via Supabase
• To display relevant advertisements via Google AdMob
• To fix bugs and improve app performance
• To send optional push notifications (with your permission)

Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database service with industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit).

• Data is stored under your unique user ID — not linked to your real name
• Supabase servers comply with GDPR and SOC 2 standards
• You can request full deletion of your data at any time

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in MyCycle Period Tracker. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized ads based on your interests.

• AdMob may use your device's advertising ID
• Ads are served in compliance with Google's policies
• You can opt out of personalized ads via your device settings

We only share your data with the following trusted services, strictly to operate the app:

• Supabase — cloud storage and authentication
• Google AdMob — advertising
• Google Firebase / Crashlytics — crash reporting (if enabled)

We do not share your health or personal data with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

Upon request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated health data from Supabase within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("Right to be Forgotten")
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

Period Tracker is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

We take security seriously. All data is transmitted using TLS/HTTPS encryption and stored with AES-256 encryption via Supabase. We regularly review our security practices.

However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
